As a user, I can link TM4J testing artefacts via the Jira issue comment section

*As a* TM4J User

*I want* to be able to link *all* testing artefacts from the comment section in a Jira Issue by adding TM4J artefact ID into the comment section

*So that* I can link Test artefacts quickly to the Jira issue using the comment section

*It's done when* adding "JPD-T123'" in a JIRA issues comment section, then JPD-T123 will automatically link to the TM4J test case from the Jira Issue.
