Issue View should display test execution status and snapshot of traceability at time of test execution.

As a... Test Manager
I would like... I want the ability in the issue view to see Test Execution and traced issue(s) at the time of a particular test execution (snapshot). So that I can see test execution result and issues traced at time of test execution.
So that I... So that from the issue view test execution display shows details of test execution status, environment, test cycle, traceability (snapshot at time of execution), executed by, executed on, defects (at time of execution).

    I want a historical view of the execution history and the items traced (e.g., requirements, bugs, etc.) at the time of the particular execution. This is an audit requirement.

    Can you explain what you mean by "traced issues at the time of execution" and what type of issue you're referring to?
