Hi Deita yes it was the traceability reports even if it was possible to save them? The only option is to print. Thanks.

Basically no matter what report, it should be possible to export it with at least a custom cooperate identity header. Needed are the traceability reports, the cycle reports, the detailed reports and so on.

Thanks for the extra detail.
Which report exports are required for you to be compliant with ISO 9001? Since we have over 70 at the moment, it would be good to understand what you need for this specifically.

The biggest improvement would be to be able to export at all. We're producing goods and we need to be able to store development related documentation for 30 years and there are norms - e.g. ISO 9001 which we need to fullfill. And this norm requests a compliant document header. Printing to PDF has nothing to do with exporting in professional manner.

Ah yes Jackie, you're right. Is it specifically the traceability report you want to export data from?
Oliver - yes, there are some issues with the printing/exporting. A popular idea on here is to enable including additional fields in the export.
What would be the biggest improvement for you personally?

Hi, even if there is the print option, the results are partially paginated. This a terrible option to export stuff. TBH for such a tool the export options are completely useless.

Hi Deita thanks for that. I can see it for some reports.
It was the Traceability reports I wanted to export to send to a colleague. Seemingly it's a missing feature in Zephyr Scale.

Hey Jackie,
You should be able to see this in the top right corner of some of the reports.
It doesn't exist for all of them. Let me know if this isn't visible and I'll take a look.
