As a User, I want to be able to set rules to link the status of stories and TM4J Tests/Cycles

*As a User*,

*I want* to be able to set rules to link the status of stories and TM4J Tests/Cycles

*So that* when a story has been tested by linked tests, it is automatically updated to a specified status e.g. Resolved

*It's done when*:

1) When a test (as part of a cycle) in TM4J passes, the linked story is automatically updated to e.g. Resolved

*Note*: The requirements above would be implemented purely in TM4J and without another integration.
