Freeze the test name / title and timer pane in the Test Player, so can be reminded what test and if timer running or not

Be able to hide the Plans tab for projects that are not using a Test Plan

We don't use Test Plans in the tool for majority of our projects, so the ability to hide the tab would be useful as it would make switching between Tests and Cycles easier and also prevents accidental creation of Plans.
