Send reports via email

There should a UI Box in Report session where we can enter our Email Address to receive the report in pdf format. This Feature is available in TestRail, Bugzilla

Table of Content for Test Cases in pdf format

Recently, one of our clients asked us to have test cases we developed in Zephyr. I exported to pdf file and found out we need to have table of content for 260 pages test case.It would be great if you can add table of content to pdf file Thanks
