As a user, I can delete the latest or any version of a test case

As a Test Manager I want to delete any version of a test case So that I can remove unnecessary versions of test cases and keep the library well maintained It's done when I can delete any version of a test case

As a QA, I want to add test cases to existing test cycle when editing in bulk

This feature would reduce the time it takes to add hundreds of tests to an existing test cycle. Tests view filter is much more robust than test cycles Add Tests.
