As a user, I'd like to update existing test cases via import

During uploading test cases from excel, we would like to be able to update the existing test case descriptions instead of creating new test cases, For example by adding the existing Jira Key in the test case description excel.

As a user, I can upload datasets via CSV

A request for this already exists in the TM4J Cloud Ideas Portal ( https://tm4j-cloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/TM4JC-I-170 ) and it would be beneficial for the server version to have, as well.

Squash importer

Enhanced import should be at least handling test calls, inline pictures, attachement and datasets. Icing on the cake would be cycle and test result history migration.
